Below is a format of how we would like you to send us your application so as to be featured on this page and on our other media outlets.

• Stage Name
• Other group members (if you belong to a group)
• School*
• Level*
• Department*
• Song Title or Album Title
• Launch date
• Previous albums (if any)
• Short Biography (not more than 350 words explaining your past, present, and aspirations for the future)
• Song or Video (Please, send in .mp3 format or a link to download it online)
• Profile Picture (This should be a Neat picture with a very nice background clearly showing your face, preferably taken in a photo studio. Send in Jpeg format)
• Facebook or Twitter handle.
• Phone number and email ad for contacting you.
